The First Place Prize of $25,000 presented by RBC went to Harlan Wade Kingfisher, Founder & CEO of Smudge The Blades, from Sturgeon Lake First Nation, Saskatchewan. Smudge The Blades is an Indigenous brand and hockey apparel company that provides hockey scholarships to Indigenous youth.
As part of the Partnership, MNP will provide the 2021 Pow Wow Pitch Winner and the Winners of the Indigenous Entrepreneur Awards with in-kind services, including accounting tax, market research, sales support, operational planning and long-term strategic and business planning.

Telia has won $1,000 and has advanced to the Finals along with siblings Ruby Mae Daniels and Lee Edna Daniels, the 14-year-old Team Members of ‘3R Innovative Imaging’ from One Arrow First Nation in Saskatchewan. The three young entrepreneurs are advancing to the Finals for a chance to win $25,000 to grow their businesses.
Teresa has won $500 and has advanced to the Finals along with Anthony Wingham, Co-Founder of Nuez Acres from the Waceya Society, Langley; Ecko Aleck, Founder & Artist at Sacred Matriarch Creative from Nlaka’pamux and Pentlatch First Nations; and, Derek Douglas, Co-Founder of Triden Dispensers from the Oneida Nation of the Thames.
