JellyMarketing, an Indigenous-led business founded by Métis leader Darian Kovacs, offers training in social media, digital advertising, SEO, public relations, email marketing, website analytics, and more.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As a Friend Partner, Jelly Marketing will continue to provide digital marketing expertise and support to Pow Wow Pitch. This collaboration helps extend the reach of programming and elevate the stories of Indigenous entrepreneurs across Turtle Island.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="http://powwowpitch.org">Pow Wow Pitch</a> and the <a href="https://nacca.ca/">National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association</a> (NACCA) have solidified their partnership for 2025, commencing the third year of a three-year commitment. This collaboration underscores a joint effort to empower Indigenous business owners across Canada.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Since establishing NACCA’s office in the National Capital Region as Pow Wow Pitch’s headquarters in 2024, Pow Wow Pitch has been able to co-host information sessions, engage with local communities for in-person volunteering, and collaborate with NACCA’s ADAAWE Indigenous Business Hub to support the community. Additionally, Pow Wow Pitch utilizes ADAAWE’s studio to record Tuesday Tips and the <a href="https://www.powwowpitch.org/podcast/">Pow Wow Pitch Podcast</a>, further enhancing its ability to share knowledge and inspire Indigenous entrepreneurs.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As a Seed Partner, NACCA will engage its team members as mentors and judges for the virtual pitch competition and on-the-ground events at powwows across Canada. Furthermore, NACCA’s CEO will continue to serve on Pow Wow Pitch’s Advisory Council to guide its growth.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Shannin Metatawabin, CEO of NACCA</strong>, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, stating, “Partnering with Pow Wow Pitch strengthens our commitment to fostering Indigenous entrepreneurship. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">July 6, 2023 | <a href="https://www.powwowpitch.org/">Pow Wow Pitch</a>, North America’s premier pitch competition and non-profit organization supporting emerging Indigenous entrepreneurs, announced today its partnership with <a href="https://jellyacademy.ca/">Jelly Academy</a> for the 2023 Pow Wow Pitch Program.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Set to support more than 2,500 Indigenous entrepreneurs in 2023 with mentorship, funding, training, marketing and a safe and trusted community of support, Jelly Academy’s investment will help Pow Wow Pitch to scale its virtual programs, reach new communities and scale opportunities for Indigenous entrepreneurs to build digital competencies to scale.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This year, Jelly Academy will support Pow Wow Pitch as a Silver-Level Sponsor by providing support with press and media relations. The company’s Founder and CEO, Darian Kovacs, has also stepped up to serve as a Member of the Pow Wow Pitch Advisory Board. In addition, Jelly Academy will also support Pow Wow Pitch Finalists with an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session as part of a very special Bootcamp for finalists focused on digital adoption, digital marketing and scaling up.</p>
